Terms of Service
Last updated October 21, 2026. These terms set out the rules for using the Create Local beta.
Using Create Local
Create Local helps creative professionals discover people, share professional profiles, save shortlists, send connection requests and organise projects. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully and respectfully.
Your account and profile
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the material you publish. Only publish work you have permission to use. Your selected profile handle is permanent so that profile links remain reliable.
Professional connections
A connection request is an invitation to start a professional conversation. It is not a booking, employment agreement, representation agreement or guarantee of work. Each person remains responsible for their own decisions, contracts, safety and arrangements outside the platform.
Projects and reviews
Projects are a planning tool. Do not use Create Local to post unlawful, discriminatory, exploitative or unsafe work. Reviews are reserved for completed real projects when this feature becomes available.
Beta service
Create Local is in beta and features may change as we improve the product. We may limit or suspend access if these terms are breached or if it is necessary to protect users or the service.
